'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Hi Cheryl, a lot I say a lot of 1 to 5 star hotels. This is right up there on a five star hotel Taylor at the front desk could not have been more sweeter or kinder if she tried she was an ultimate bomb excellent employee.. It’s probably the only time I would ever consider taking a bath in a hotel tub it was that clean. There’s not a bad thing you can say about this place. If you see it stay there price point was on. Breakfast was absolutely a amazing room was just impeccable best place ever.'

'They cancelled our reservation with no warning. I completed the online check in & let them know we would be arriving late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that they had people looking for rooms and it was a busy night so they had to cancel our room for someone else. Very unhappy; what is the point of online check in if they are going to cancel your room with no notice '
