'If you stay at a regular hotel or inn I feel safe and quiet but not inspired or fun. Rugosa has fun in its soul. Our room had curated art and just beautiful stuff. It was like walking into the mind of an artist--expressive and non-judgemental--I felt like I was in my home. Sure, there is a kitchen, good coffee, beautiful grounds and pets are welcome--but the soul of Rugosa is art and love. Thanks Joey and Luna.'

'Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!'

'It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. '
