« Really nice hotel with comfortable bed, convenient parking and right in the middle of downtown Fargo. »

« ... at night, as there was a lot of wind, the windows were making a whistle sound that was really annoying when trying to sleep. Else, it was really good! »

« This was a clean place to stay but there were no kitchen utensils to use. There was also no hair dryer in the bathroom or kleenixes. Simple things can make a good place even better. But it was clean which is the most important thing for us. »

« The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. »

« Great place! Awesome lounging area,good continental breakfast, gave us a free happy hour with beer wine and snacks, clean nice rooms, and the porter creek restaurant there is top notch. »

« The breakfast menu definitely had good choices, the food was fresh and the juice was yummy and cold from delicious choices, there was also coffee. The rooms were nice and clean and on my second day out of my 3 day stay, I had a nice lady come knock on my door and ask if i needed any garbage changed and asked if I needed any fresh towels, so I said yes. So we were able to get fresh towels and our trash taken out, replaced with fresh bags. I say the day staff is friendly but the night staff was...

« I was awaken several times through the night by the strong smell of dust and old dirt that emanated from the carpet and the comforter. »

« The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees.
