You will have everything you need to have a wonderful time in the White Mountains, making memories with family or friends!

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.
Owner lives on site but does not manage the property, reservations or issues.
*Residential neighborhood - please respect quiet times between 10pm and 8am. Please be most aware of the fact there may be people in the two other units on the property and the owner lives in an upstairs unit with her two dogs.
*Noise monitoring software on site that measures decibels only.
*We allow dogs but there are fines imposed for not cleaning up after them. *Dogs should be kept on a lead at ALL TIMES while outside. The yard is not fenced and the owner, who lives on site, has two dogs.
*Dogs are not permitted on any furniture.

Quick stopover
This was just an overnight stay to.break up the travel time to our destination. While the house was updated and had plenty of room, we found nail clippings on the floor of one of the bedrooms, the dining table had not been washed off with dried food, and we caught one of our dogs eating a plastic bag that was under a bed. The house itself was good, location convenient, however the cleaning could have been better.

This was a great place. We enjoyed being close to town. Lots of cute shops and restaurants. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. Cute place. I would recommend and hope to stay again when I’m passing through 😊

Time Away
Very Big motorcycle riders and do a lot of traveling with other couples. This was an amazing place to stay. A lot of privacy for each couple in how the rooms were set up and plenty of parking for trailers and bikes in the driveway. Very quiet mornings and was clean and had everything we needed!!

Perfect size for 6 people
The Villa is a great space for up to 8 people. We had plenty of room to spread out while it rained during our trip. Shopping and restaurants are all convenient and close by. The only small disappointments we had were that 2 of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning making sleeping in the muggy weather a little rough and that the listing stated 2 TV's and there is only one. Communication with the property management group was outstanding and they were quick to answer questions. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Great place, great location, great time
This place is immaculately designed & maintained. The decor and furnishing is both cozy and modern. Beds & linens were super comfy. We loved the hot tub and the privacy of the yard from the street. And best of all, it’s a short drive to all of North Conway’s best dining, shopping, & skiing spots. We had a 10/10 experience and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and everything worked as it should. There were a couple small downfalls like no towel hooks in the bathroom for showering, but overall everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable Gem in a great location
My 3 sisters and I rented this property for our annual sister trip to North Conway. This property was perfect for us. We loved that we could all have our own bedrooms, and there was plenty of space with all the amenities would could possibly need. The space is well decorated and cozy. The location is quiet and convenient. We will definitely be back!
