Swim, kayak, or walk along the water's edge, whatever your pleasure, this private retreat has it to offer for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This home is located in the private Cannon Hill Association. Wind through the secluded neighborhood to discover the property with its lush lawn and landscaping. Enter the front of the home, opening into a cool, tiled sunroom, with sliders to the great expanse of outdoor deck to the back. The sunroom is a soothing space, perfect for quiet conversations with family.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a quick snack or a full Sunday dinner for 10. It's a good thing the dining room seats that many! The living room is spacious, with comfy couches and chairs for intimate or large get-togethers. The sliders open up to the deck to extend entertaining to the outside and there are views of the water from both rooms.

The living space is in the center of the home with 2 bedrooms to the left and 2 bedrooms to the right. To the right is the Primary Bedroom, with a Queen Bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this side has an ensuite bathroom and two twin beds. To the left of the living area is a hall with two bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom between them. One of these bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the other offers two twin beds.

The lower level is partially finished with a Queen bed and a full bath. A great area for teens who want some private space to enjoy. There's a sitting area that leads out to the backyard patio and the washer and dryer can be found on this lower level.

With a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, additional sleeping space, and multiple social areas, you will have plenty of room for the family to spread out!

The large main deck has outdoor furniture for relaxing, a dining table, and a gas grill. The upper-level deck offers lovely views and additional seating for comfortably catching the sunrises and sunsets. The screened-in porch even has a hammock, making this retreat a very special place.

Bonus: Please feel free to use the bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards. Kayaks are at the end of the path with their paddles. Paddleboards are in the garage with their paddles. Lifejackets are in the drying/furnace room (3 adult/1 child). We only ask that you return everything to where it is now when you leave. Enjoy!

Path to the beach is on the right side of the backyard, go down a few steps and follow around to the left of the marsh. The path will lead you past a small white boat, through the dunes, to the beach.
