Step onto the inviting front porch and into the bright, open-concept first floor, where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together to allow the whole group to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen is filled with natural light and features a breakfast table with seating for four, while the nearby dining table comfortably seats six—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or hanging out. The living area offers a cozy L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV with streaming services, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
Outside, the backyard offers a peaceful space to enjoy the coastal air and grill out with friends and family.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
