'The hotel seemed quite new or well very well preserved. Great room with nice city view. Located close to the center with many options on bars, restaurants and shopping. Reception personnel was very friendly. It may get noisy occasionally due to the train rails and close by sport activities.'

Hotel is clean and seems newer. Sofa in our room may be great for sleeping but uncomfortable for sitting.'

'We had booked a handicap accessible room, however our room was not. No bars in the shower or near the toilet and the toilet was not chair height. The third night we were there, there were folks (not sure if they were legitimate guests) in the pool area right outside our room all night, yelling and making loud noises. We would not stay there again.'

'My one star rating has nothing to do with the staff or quality of room. Charging a guest $10 a night just to park in basically a public lot. They didn't even take my vehicle info. This is a money grab and will end up costing this location valuable customers. I have stayed at this specific location for over 7 years when our family member was hospitalized at Duke Hospital. I hate to change, but this is just totally unacceptable….i demand reasonable value for where I spend my money! Hope they...

'Great short stay there. I got in late and the front desk agent, Sherise, checked me in quickly. She also gave me a great late dinner recommendation. The property was quiet and I felt safe.'
