'Hotel was absolutely beautiful. One issue: They put us in a room with no heat, Room 424. We had an handicap accessible room because we are both disabled. We called down to the front desk. The young lady was willing to move us across the hall at 421. She made sure the heat was working before she moved us, but it wasnt handicap accessible. '

'We stayed here for NYE/New Year's Day, and the front desk team was incredible. They were personable, energetic, responsive, and kind. The Suite is a great choice for a stay--it's spacious and perfectly situated in the hotel. What a great place to close out 2025 and ring in 2026!'

'The hotel seemed quite new or well very well preserved. Great room with nice city view. Located close to the center with many options on bars, restaurants and shopping. Reception personnel was very friendly. It may get noisy occasionally due to the train rails and close by sport activities.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at the Rizzo Center. It was clean and an amazing place for what we paid. Our king size suite had a kitchen/entry area, a living room, large bedroom, huge bathroom, and a very large balcony. We enjoyed the plush bathrobes and the guest pantry that offered us late night snacks, ice cream, and drinks. The breakfast buffet was high quality and included a wait staff at elegant plated tables. While I didn't enjoy the fitness center, it definitely offered a lot of options....
