'Only one staff member present during busy check in and they were driving the airport shuttle. Making tired guests wait 45 mins to check in is beyond bad. Third and LAST time we'll stay there.'

'The staff was very pleasant and accommodating which was appreciated.'

'The property overall was very nice BUT our walk in bathroom shower was DIRTY has mold around the edges.'

'The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great.'

'Great place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating.'

'Nice one night stop.'

'Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights, but this was a wonderful hotel in a superb location, next to a very charming arcade. The rooms were absolutely excellent. The staff service, in particular from Jennifer, was really wonderful, and we had an incredibly enjoyable stay. The meal and drink in the restaurant in the evening were astonishingly good, coming from a small hotel.'

'Property was old, but very clean would stay there again. Parking was nice well lit Was nice for a one night stay.'
