The Space:

Stonewood is a brand-new architectural residence designed specifically for the North Avoca Lake waterfront — and every decision shows it. Soaring double-height ceilings, full-height glass doors opening directly to the lake, a fireplace anchoring the open-plan living space, and custom joinery and curated furnishings throughout.



Four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests across a generous layout that celebrates both connection and privacy. Outside, the private pool and outdoor kitchen sit on the sun deck at the lake's edge. Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
