This bright and cozy apartment is on the second floor of the listed Villa Liewald in the heart of Norderney. The 42 m² apartment was fully renovated in 2021/2022. The building itself was extensively restored in 2003. Thanks to its central location on Knyphausenstraße, restaurants, shops, bike rental (directly opposite), theater, bus stops, and other amenities are all nearby. The North Beach and promenade are about 300 m away, the Milchbar about 500 m, and the Surfcafé about 600 m.



Furnishings: The apartment features high-quality interiors with a living/sleeping area (sofa bed 145 × 200 cm), separate bedroom with double bed (180 × 200 cm) and large wardrobe, open kitchen with bar table and dining table, and a daylight bathroom with shower and WC. Blackout blinds and pleated shades are in all rooms. Washing machine and dryer in the building can be used for an extra charge.



Kitchen & technology: Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender. TV, radio, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and a large selection of books are also available.
