'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'

From the holiday decorations to idyllic surroundings we were spoiled with comfort and relaxation. 'The staff at Presidential Mountain Resort was the kindest and most accommodating group of people that I have met. Bobbie Jo communicated great with us. Calling us before hand and staying in contact with us throughout our stay. They had fun winter activities such as sledding and we tried the snowshoeing. The cabin we stayed in looked very new, was very cozy, and spacious. Bobby Jo also had the best food recommendations. We went to her suggestion Rek-lis and the food was amazing. All the towns...
