The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « We loved our stay here. It was our second visit. The staff was kind and worked fast. Our room was ready when we arrived and we had a great view! Rooms were clean and well prepared. We loved sitting outside on the patio. »

« We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. »
« Just off of the interstate with access to multiple places to stock up on a trip, get some gas, or grab something to nearby. We ate the the walk-able Cracker Barrel after check-in and had the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn Express the next day. There's even a pool.
Staff were very friendly and everything was clean. We sat in the lobby chatting with people with free coffee and lots of seating. A positive experience. »
