The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Rooms were spotless, lobby, breakfast area and bathrooms were perfect! Thank you for such a lovely place to be ringing in the New Year and during a snow storm ! »
