'Great location to Lake Superior. Just across the road. Free apple fritter and coffee for breakfast. Local white fish for supper was so tasty . Always spend 2 days here to enjoy life.'

'Everything was clean, no issues. What I missed and was surprised not to have on the door to the room was a security chain or door guard. This especially so since the door to the room leads to the outside of the hotel and not to a hotel hallway. The hotel also uses keys which can be copied rather than the new systems which use codes. '

'Great new hotel. Good amenities, fabulous breakfast, good parking, only negative was because the hotel is new the room had a very strong paint smell.'

'Très bon accueil, très chaleureux. Cet hôtel n'est pas pour tout le monde. C'est un bâtiment patrimonial qui a besoin de travaux de mise à jour importants, mais qui a un charme incomparable. J'y retournerai si je fais un nouveau voyage dans la région. À mon avis, c'est l'hébergement le plus intéressant sur la route entre Sault Ste-Marie et Thunder Bay. Ceux qui aiment le confort et le design modernes doivent cependant regarder ailleurs.'
