Chalets in Noord-China

'Super verblijf!'

'The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but in the inside it’s all new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room is dark in the morning and 0 noise, the location is ideal to go visit the zoo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from.'

'Good and clean, good selections of meals on breakfast'

'heel goed'

'The room was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful'

'Great location'

'We spent a few days in Tjianjin, and went for the luxury room in this superb hotel. Location is good for shopping. You get all support you need and want. In my case I got myself a painful hernia in a round of golf the previous week. Concierge and lead manager Kevin took us to a hospital and spent many hours including off-duty time to assure we would see the right doctors and get proper treatment. He deserves to be singled out for going beyond the expected. All of the staff was very helpful and...

'Personeel zeer beleefd. Kamer schoon en heel ruim. Shuttlebus erg handig, elk half uur.

'First time visiting Tianjin, it’s a good location, convenient to explore the city by subway.'

'My stay was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet had good options and the room was kept clean and tidy. '

':)'

'The hotel is quite dated and could benefit from renovations. After checking in, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. The front desk promptly moved me to another room, but it appeared to have similar issues. There were also noticeable stains in the bathroom. More, the wifi is not working well. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay.'
