'The Occidental Lodge is a very charming, old-school lodge that is well-maintained and absolutely spotless. My favorite part was that there were no smells at all in the room, which I loved!The lodge is located in a tiny, quiet town that I would describe as a micro-country town. If you are planning a weekday stay, just keep in mind that the only things open are a little market and a breakfast café that closes at 3:00 PM. 'breakfast was amazing the first morning the 2nd morning two females were hovering over the shoulder just watching what I ate felt like I was in prison. They need to let people breath. hot tub was okay the first night but really packed the next the night .'

'Terrible commercial lighting outside that shined into the room Curtains did not shield off enough light.
Towels were thin and worn. Need new towels.
Overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Looks like it was remodeled cheaply.
At least it was quiet. But there’s a construction site next door that’s about to start!! Looks like a high-rise building about to start!!'
