'The staff here is wonderful. It was a special trip for our family after a tough year and we went to celebrate with an ocean view room. They had some circumstances causing them to need to change our room and they ended up upgrading us to a larger ocean view room. We were so grateful for this time as a family and we appreciated everything the staff did to make sure our time there was special. '

'Early call confirmed fridge in room. Had to call for refrigerator to be delivered.Then it froze soda and dip. Advertised as having 3 pools - none are for lap swimming. Very disappointing. Food was superb.'
