'The resort has potential. Just needs updates. Unfortunately our Spring Break fall during a colder week. The hot tub helped with the chilly weather.The pool and lazy river were semi heated but the breeze was cold. It looks like that area could easily be made into a covered pool. 'I DID NOT USE THE POOL THIS TIME FORGOT MY BATHING SUIT'

'The beach view had lots of trees in the way. The "indoor" pool and hot tub were very dirty. We did not use any of the pools except the hot tub the first night as it was too cold. The hotel also charged me a $200 pet fee and it was not relayed to me how much it was when I checked in. It was not separated on my bill either. '

'Clean, staff helpful, felt safe '

'Staff was nice, no water pressure, I mean like I take a 3 minute shower normally and it took me 30 minutes to get clean. NO HOT water. Shower ran for 20 minutes before it got even warm then became cold again after like 2 minutes. Room was clean just very unprofessionally remodeled. 'All of the staff members were great, especially in the breakfast room. But, speaking of the breakfast room - subpar food selection at best. Parking can be very difficult in a larger vehicle. Location and beach view were nice. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Besides, not having the gym anymore, me and my two children we enjoyed ourselves here at Ocean one resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very cool. Well very hated and a cool way. The location was pristine and the beach was always fun day and day out. We stayed the whole week of spring break and enjoyed every little moment, I will definitely do it again. My kids actually look forward to doing it again.'

'My room keys continuously malfunctioned and I was locked out of my room numerous times throughout my stay.'

Front desk was unable to give us a time so we were stuck waiting and told they would text us when the room could be released.
