Located in Nivillac, this freshly renovated cottage, nestled in unspoiled nature, offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is spread over two levels and features a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator, two bedrooms (one with a double bed that can be separated into two singles), and a bathroom. The cottage accommodates up to five guests.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and barbecue essentials. The property is heated by a heat pump and also has air conditioning. Bedrooms have individual electric heating, and the bathroom features both underfloor and wall heating. Enjoy direct access to a private forest and an outdoor terrace. You may also use the kitchen wood stove; firewood can be provided for an extra fee.



The house is set on a five-hectare estate of forest and meadow, 150 meters from the hosts’ house. The estate is enclosed by a rustic fence; guests with pets should take this into account.



Several parking spaces are available on the property, with two spots near the house and others 50 meters away.
