'Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views.
