Apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by a natural botanical garden from NATURA 2000 ecological network. Wild meadows of Mediterranean vegetation and reed bushes are ideal for walking, jogging, trekking, cycling… just breathing! This natural botanical garden is now part of the NATURA 2000 ecological network that brings together areas of importance for preserving birds and habitats of interest to the entire European Union. Apartment is only 250 meters away from the longest sandy beach in Croatia - Queen's Beach named after the wife of the first Croatian king Tomislav from the 10th century (legend says she used to walk along this shores). Queen’s Beach is a series of 3-km long sandy bays with shallow water. For a morning adventure, walk along the beach all the way to Nin collecting sea shells and crabbing. Then have your first morning coffee and try some of the traditional pastry at the "frozen in time" bakery near the rotor and the Nin tourist office.

Walking along the beach you will surely come across the "blacks". These are people who use medicinal black mud, either for treatment purposes or for photographing only. The use of medicinal mud is free of charge for everyone. It is believed to relieve various rheumatic and skin diseases, as well as female infertility.

In times of strong winds, experienced surfers gather regularly at the Queen’s Beach, so you can enjoy their stunts. There is a 20 km long bicycle path along the main road Zadar – Nin - Vir, and you can use the off-road biking trail through the vineyards and the beautiful nature already at 10 meters from the apartment.

Just 100 meters from the apartment there is a restaurant "Condura Croatica" with a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Nin’s lagoon, as well as Mediterranean cuisine and pizza.
