'Tried to check in. The whole lobby had a very pungent smell and dim lighting. The room I had booked was unavailable because the roof was leaking and the room was wet. They offered me a different room at a discount, but the whole place seemed run down and way too close to the noisy highway. I just had them cancel my reservation.'

'The rooms looked fairly clean so when I did my walk through before check in I didn’t notice anything. But once we got into the room and opened several drawers and they were all full of roaches. We moved some sheets and saw some other bugs that I cannot confirm or deny that they were bed bugs but they sure looked like it. Andrea (lady at the front desk) was absolutely fantastic.
