'The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee.'

'We stayed in the suite 902. The wifi did not work for most of our stay. The electric outlets are so loose your charger does not stay in the wall you have to prop up the bottom of the charger with a book or glass to keep it from falling out of the socket. The light switches are in odd locations, for example to turn on the bathroom light you have to go to the far side of the room to a group of switches by the bedside and turn on all lights. The coffee offered in the room was nescafe packets. ...

'Very helpful and friendly staffs. Front reception Ashok, Anish, Nauton, Nisha and other housekeepers staffs, kitchen staff all of them were very helpful and polite while we stayed there for 11 days. It located in very quiet place which gives peace vibe.
Sometime the AC doesn’t work makes the room really hot. It’s better for management to think about updating advance AC or new AC before guests complain about it. We had to changed the room couples times because of AC didn’t worked properly.'

'Super gelegen in het hart van Thamel! Doordat dit hotel een beetje afgelegen ligt vanaf de straat is het hier erg rustig. Er is weinig lawaai en door de super mooie binnentuin echt een plek om even rust te vinden in de drukke stad. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader om te verblijven!'
