Villa Sunshine in Niedenstein welcomes you with 144 m² of space, accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor offers a bathroom with toilet and shower; the first floor has a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fully automatic coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls, and a dedicated workspace is available. For families, there is 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, as well as shared toys and children's books.



Enjoy the large terrace, the fenced garden of about 400 m², and beautiful mountain views. Children can use a communal playground. A gas grill is available on request for an extra fee.



There are 4 private parking spaces directly at the house, reserved exclusively for Villa Sunshine guests. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Please note: Smoking and other drugs are strictly forbidden inside, and furniture must not be moved. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.



The villa is the last house at the end of the street, on the edge of town, surrounded by hiking trails and just a few minutes from the forest. Nearby you will find restaurants, a swimming pool, hiking paths, mini-golf, and horse riding opportunities.
