Second room not ready for guest, hot, turned on AC and left, came back at 11:30 PM, window night shade would not come down, we had to fix it, also AC unit blew black stuff out all over 1 of the beds. No do not disturb door hanger, and was woken up by house keeping, and placed in room by the pool and heavy traffic. Black mold in the shower ceiling. Bed was hard and pillows were old and balled up from washing, towels were old. I have left note for manager...

« Everything was very good. We stayed 2 nights. Only complaint we had was plug in bathroom didn’t work and wall outlets in rest of room didn’t hold any connection tight to stay plugged. Any movement would unplug the blow dryer and iron. It was hard enough already having to blow dry your hair outside of the bathroom. »

« The bed was Amazing! Warm breakfast buffet was very tasty. Hot water for tea in the canisters wasn’t very hot but we just took it up to the room and microwaved it a bit more. Staff was bery friendly. We will be back. »
