Dream vacation: swimming pool and air conditioning between sea and mountains

2 km from the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup by road or by the magnificent hiking trails, the villa is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area.
You can easily reach the beaches of the coast, but find even more paradisiacal landscapes in the gorges du loup which are 5 km away. Bathing at the foot of the waterfalls or in the wise river bed is unique and the most athletic can even practice canyoning, climbing, paragliding or simply take advantage of the many hiking and jogging trails starting from the house. .

The recent villa is independent. The 1800 m² garden is closed, shaded and flat with several hundred-year-old olive trees and a beautiful view of the mountain. It is an ideal place for rest, ball games and children's fun

1 double bedroom (160 bed), 1 triple bedroom (2 twin beds + trundle bed), independent living room of 35 m² with 2 sofa beds (90x190), fireplace, fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine, bread, fries and ice machine ...), bathroom with bath, shower and double sink, separate WC with hand basin.

Great house for a week with our young kids

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. The hosts are very kind and the house was very clean. We were here with our two young boys (almost 4 and 2+) and they loved the big garden with all the opportunities for playing. Tourettes sur Loup is a nice small village and via a short nice (up hill) walking route you can go the the bakery in the village. Finally, the pictures give a good impression of the house.

Ideaal met kleine kinderen!

Een klein vakantiehuis waar alles inzit wat je nodig hebt. Was schoon en netjes. De tuin is helemaal afgezet en er zijn veel speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Een ideale plek om even bij te komen als je kleine kinderen hebt. Eigenaars spreken redelijk Engels. Tourrettes sur Loup is een klein middeleeuws dorp waar hele leuke kleine restaurantjes zitten en veel kunstenaars. De omgeving is prachtig! Wij hebben veel uitstapjes gemaakt met de auto naar de kust/ bergen/ stuwmeren/ watervallen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Nah genug an der Küste für Ausflüge dahin, aber auch weit genug weg vom Trubel und Verkehr an der Küstenstrasse. Gute Lage für Fahrten in die Seealpen. Großzügiges, abgeschlosses Grundstück mit viel Platz zum parken und für Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage und Supermärkte sind auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das ausschalten der Poolpumpe (war uns zu laut zum Schlafen) war etwas nervig und die vielen Stechmücken. Aber das hat den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck nicht geschmälert.

Wonderful house

A wonderful time in this lovely, clean and quiet place. The garden was perfect with so many comfy and beautiful places to sit, eat, relax and play! We had no need for anything as the house was so well stocked. Our children (2 and 3) had so many things to do too! Everyone was very friendly and we could feel at home. The village and surrounding area are gorgeous too. Would warmly recommend for a relaxing time. 5 🌟 Thank you!

Activités variées aux alentours : visites Nice, Antibes, Grasse et tous les superbes villages aux alentours dont Tourrettes-sur-Loup, musées, baignades dans rivière et mer... Propriétaires très accueillants et dans le partage des bonnes adresses! Maison accueillante, bien équipée, décorée avec goût et très pratique car de plein pied, terrain très agréable, pas de vis à vis.

La maison du bonheur

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait : la maison est très bien équipée tant dehors que dedans, on s’y est senti comme chez nous! La piscine est plus grande que ce qu’on peut imaginer sur les photos, enfants comme adultes étions contents de nous y baigner. Le salon de jardin est très agréable et le barbecue au top! Plein de belles choses à découvrir dans les alentours : déjà le beau village de Tourrettes mais également Gourdon, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, les baignades dans les rivières encore mieux que la mer, promenade en poney à côté, accrobranche… bref un super séjour! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui ont été charmants. On recommande les yeux fermés!

Parfait en famille

Cette maison est parfaite pour y séjourner en famille avec un grand jardin. Geraline a toujours répondu au téléphone rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions. Les enfants ont accès aux jeux extérieurs et aux livres à l'intérieur. C'est très chouette. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances.

Perfect place with great garden ideal for kids

The house is just perfect! It's in a very quiet neighbourhood and close to few great hiking routes which are not extremely challenging even for our kids (4 and 7 years old). On top of that there is a huge garden with a lot of toys, swing and a small slide. Out kids loved it and we could relax a bit when they were busy playing!

La maison de mes rêves

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans la villa de Géraldine et David. Ils sont vraiment très gentils, très sympathique, très accueillant et très réactif. La maison est tout simplement parfaite et impeccable ! Très belle déco, très bien équipée, très grand jardin avec tout ce qu'il faut pour occuper les enfants et les parents : piscine, toboggan, balançoire et de nombreux jeux à disposition ainsi qu'un salon de jardin très confortable, transats et hamac..!! Tourrette sur loup et ses alentours...de superbes paysages. Très bien situé pour un plein d'activités ou pour un séjour farniente. En un mot : inoubliable.. Un grand merci à Géraldine et David.

Super séjour en famille !

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances dans la villa de Géraldine et David avec notre petite fille de 2 ans 1/2 et notre fils de 5 mois! Bien située près du charmant village de Tourrettes-sur-Loup, nous avons profité de cette belle région de l'arrière pays. La maison était impeccable, les prestations conformes à l'annonce, le jardin et les jouets mis à disposition ont ravi notre puce, ainsi que la piscine qui a également ravi les parents pendant leur sieste ! Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants, nous recommandons à 200% cette location er y reviendrons sans hésiter lors d'un possible retour sans la région.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here. Geraldine and David are charming hosts and were very helpful in identifying local sites and walks whilst being unobtrusive during our stay. The house is very well equipped with all one could possibly need. It was ideal for the two of us and would ideally suit a couple with two young children as the house, and especially the garden, is equipped with all manner of toys, books, etc. Tourettes - sur - loup is a very pretty village well worth exploring and this is made easier by the ability to walk to it from the house - albeit by a fairly challenging path. fantastic home away!

This property is very well presented and equipped enabling a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The communication, support and advice provided by the owners was superb and it was a pleasure to meet them both. The villa is great for families and the location provides an ideal base to explore a very pretty region of France. You can travel by foot to the historic village and there is a good quality market on Wednesdays. All in all this is a gem of a find and I highly recommend it. I would be more than happy to return, a wonderful experience 😊

Excellente expérience

La maison est très bien aménagée et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Nombreux jeux extérieur pour les enfants (balancoires, cabanes, piscine...). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles pour donner les bons plans ou agir en cas de problème. Très bonne situation géographique à la fois à l'écart de l'agitation des plages tout en restant à moins de 30 minutes de la côte (Cagnes-Sur-Mer). Village de Tourrettes-Sur-Loup magnifique avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. En résumé, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec notre fille de 4 ans.
