Located in a historic 18th century Nice building, this large, air-conditioned STUDIO apartment, renovated with style and charm, is perfect for a holiday or a professional stay.





In the heart of the old town, in a very charming street with beautiful shops and excellent restaurants, this apartment is very close to our reception. You only have to go down the street for 100 meters to find yourself on the Cours Saleya and its famous market or on the Promenade des Anglais and its long turquoise beach.



This large, bright Studio with two large windows is very comfortable; it is furnished with air conditioning, fiber optic wi-fi and a bedroom alcove.

Located on the fourth floor of a traditional Nice building without any elevator.



District



The Cours Saleya market is close by every day except on Monday's it's the Antiques market. The beach and promenade des Anglais, your baker, the famous Fenocchio glacier are just a few steps away from your apartment. The street of your apartment is famous for all its pretty unique shops, artist galleries and traditional restaurants.



Stay



You will access a large furnished space from the living room, the dining area and the open kitchen and the sleeping area. Everything is only high quality, room, and comfort. The walls and floors are bright and the decoration is very neat.



The large two-seater sofa joined with two armchairs, a coffee table and a television.



Kitchen



The functional kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. There is also a dining table right next to the kitchen with two-person chairs.





Bedroom



The sleeping area contains a high and very comfortable QUEEN bed, with 2 shelves and bedside lamps on each side. A large dressing room accompanies the high comfort of this space. This space takes full advantage of the air conditioning.



Bathroom



The bathroom has been fitted with a large walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a sink with storage shelves and a toilet.
