- a well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, hotplates, cooking utensils and crockery),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and air conditioning,

- The accommodation does not include parking, but you can park for free in nearby parking lots.

The apartment is ideally located in the district of Jean Médecin, just a few steps away from the Place Masséna, the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, the Paillon promenade, the Cours Saléya, the Albert I garden, the Théâtre de Verdure (greenery theater), the Palais de la Méditerranée (Mediterranean Palace)... You will have easy access to the city on foot or thanks to the public transport situated just a stone’s throw away and will be able to enjoy the Nicétoile shopping mall, Old Nice as well as many restaurants and bars nearby.

The location is ideal to discover all the treasures of the French Riviera: Cannes, Antibes, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco and Menton are all within a 25 km radius (buses are running back and forth all day long throughout the coast).
