'The staff at Sonder was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make certain our stay was exceptional. There was always a warm smile and greeting everytime we returned to the hotel. They offered advice on what to do and where to go along with always asking if there was anything additional they could do. We couldnt have asked for a kinder group of people including the manager that shared her dog Olga with everyone as well.'

'The accommodation itself was great. The room could be way better. First of all the bathroom stank of sewage, the towels smelled very much like vinegar which is horrible an also mold in the shower. But the worst part is that after coming back I found out that there were bed bugs in the bed. I have been bitten all over my arms and legs and it itches terribly. Now the question is whether I did not take them home.'
