The Gambetta district is a prime and strategic location in Nice. There are all the shops essential to everyday life at 50 meters. Banks, supermarket, organic shop, hairdresser, restaurants, equipment, gym, ... The center of Nice is 5 minutes walk, the beach 80 meters, the old Nice 10 minutes ... Tram and bus stops are almost at the foot of the building, the train station is 12 minutes walk. Everything nearby without the inconvenience of the nuisances of the city center.
