Nice apartment at excellent location

The communication with the owner and key-holder was very accurate. The apartment is nice and clean and the location is quiet, but close to the railway station, bus stop and supermarket. The walk to the beach takes not more than a few minutes. The two balconies give opportunities to relax in the sun or in the shadow during the day.

Great location and accessibility in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

Overall, our stay at Alberto's place was satisfactory. The location was perfect for all of our activities. The beach, local shops, and restaurants are all within a short walk. The train is close to the house, but you don't hear the noise. The balcony access was perfect for drying our swimsuits. The host was a responsive communicator. At the same time, there are two areas where I did feel the description of the apartment fell short. There is no Wi-Fi, which is odd, honestly. The listed air conditioning is a portable AC unit. Now, I am from the US, and I recognize that we prefer a strong AC. At the same time, the unit is small, and since there is only one, you cannot cool down both sleeping areas simultaneously. In addition, we were not instructed on how to use the unit, which would have been helpful. Keeping the shades down all day helped a bit. So this place has pros and cons, and as long as you know them, you can make the best choice for you.

Pas de climatisation, pas de Wifi, tissus poussiéreux aux murs.

Vaisselle et batterie de cuisine collante et sale (trace de nourriture non nettoyée, trace de coulure de thé, café etc) Poubelle de la cuisine sans couvercle. Risques de mauvaises odeurs. Installation électrique douteuse : la prise juste au dessus des plaques électriques. Laissant pendre la prise du mirco-onde au dessus de sources de chaleur. Manque de rangement Clous saillant des murs à côté des fenêtres. Tissus poussiéreux aux murs > A EVITER POUR LES ASTHMATIQUES. Literie de très moyenne qualité. Coussins usés. Balcon : impression de manger chez ses voisins vis-à-vis très proche. «Vue sur la mer» assez exagérée. On aperçoit la mer entre les immeuble et les arbres. Annonce incohérente : - 2 pièces avec 1 chambre et non 2 chambres comme indiqué dans « Chambres et lits» - Pas de climatisation comme indiqué dans « Équipements populaires». À la place deux ventilateurs et une climatisation portable Evacuation de l'air chaud via une fenêtre entre ouverte laissant entrer la chaleur. Faisant énormément de bruit : entre 70 à 90 dB. Sommeil compliqué lors de forte chaleurs. - Pas de bains à remous - Pas de wifi alors qu’il est indiqué dans «Internet» Disponible dans l’appartement : Wi-Fi et dans «Indispensable» Connection sans fil.

Extrèmement bien placée pour nous car tout près du club de tennis, dans une rue calme, près des commerces. Appartement complet, propre, lumineux. Seul bémol : le matelas, vraiment trop dur !!

Comme à la maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Beaulieu. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme et à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et des commerces. On se sent comme à la maison. L'accueil sur place est aussi parfait.

Soluzione abitativa ottima: posizione centrale, vicinanza alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi, luogo tranquillo. Appartamento confortevole e posto auto coperto. Proprietario gentilissimo e rapido nel rispondere ai quesiti posti. Non posso non nominare Elena, persona fidata del proprietario, che ci ha accolto e dato utili informazioni; di lei abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilità; e' stata un punto di riferimento per l'intera vacanza. È stato il nostro secondo soggiorno nello stesso appartamento e speriamo di poter presto tornare.

The flat was clean and provided with everything I needed. However, the sliding wardrope came off its runners on first use and the lighting in the bedroom was insufficient. The water took ages to run away in the shower. The fan didn't work and the TV kept switching itself on.

No Wifi and too hot as no aircon. No kettle, broken toaster, broken fan. Not given door code on arrival so was left locked out for 20 mins at 10-00pm. Blocked shower waste. No mention of tennis, stated as included.

We had a great week here! This appartment is a very nice place to stay. It is close to the train station and to the bus station, so you can reach Nice or Monaco in just 20 minutes. And it is situated only two minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, very nicely decorated. Also, the appartment has a very well equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. Thank you to mrs. Gatej, the lady that takes care of the appartment, for the warm welcome. She was very kind and helpful. She waited for us at 10 PM to pass us the keys and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you very much, Mr. Alberto! We would like to return.

Casa molto accogliente , posizione centrale tutto a portata di mano . Posto auto utilissimo per la zona in cui si trova L appartamento . La signora Elena molto gentile e disponibile. L uniche due pecche è il Wi-Fi internet e la mancanza di aria condizionata . In quanto la casa è molto calda . Per il resto nulla da dire . Elisabetta
