The basics are okay, they are refurbishing the rooms which is nice. However we were placed in Room 104. This room is directly situated next to the breakfast room, and opposite the kitchen. As breakfast staff starts early you’ll be awake as soon as they start. Either by the smell of bacon, or the noice from the chairs. I won’t accept this room the next time. Luckily we stayed only one night, if I needed to stay another night I would ask for another room.

Fantastische ligging!
Echt een fantastisch hotel op de beste plek van heel Nice. Alles is in de buurt en je loopt zo de boulevard op. Let op de parkeerkosten, deze zijn extreem hoog.

Hotel was gesloten!!
Hotel was gesloten bij aankomst! Al een tijdje gezien de staat van de voordeur. Paar dagen geleden geboekt, dus hoe kan dit?! Met een papiertje op de deur werd verwezen naar een ander hotel verderop maar dit is niet waar we geboekt hadden! Geen sfeer in het hotel (juist waarom we Albert geboekt hadden). Bij het inchecken (bij het andere hotel, Mercure) werden we kortaf geholpen. De receptioniste kon niet zien dat we 2 kamers geboekt hadden. Na lang doorvragen en zeuren kwam uiteindelijk de tweede kamer. Dit gaf ergernis en we werden niet echt gastvrij te woord gestaan. Voor ons nooit meer Albert of Mercure hotel in Nice.

This was a perfect location, close to old town and the promenade for walking along the beach. The room was great with everything we needed. The only thing that I did not like was that the lobby was tiny and you had to carry your luggage up a few steps to get to the elevator.

The location of this hotel is to die for. As a tourist, I would venture to say you would be hard pressed to find a better located hotel. You are so close to all of the main attractions of Nice: the beach, Castle Hill, Promenade de Anglais, Place Massena, Old Town, not to mention about a 15min from the Nice-Ville train station which can take you anywhere on the French Riviera. The price of the room felt fair, the rooms were cleaned everyday. My only two complaints with the room was that one day I tried to take a shower at 6:30pm and the water was cold, and that our room was perpetually humid and the only way to keep humidity down was to turn the air conditioning down very cold.

Just ok. Clean but small room especially bathroom. 2 towels. No counter space, not user friendly. Reception was always too busy to help. We travel a lot & there are many things they could do to make this place better.

Beautiful views of the coast line and promenade. Near old town with many dining options and the Sunday Market. The hotel room was very nice such a comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath and shower. I loved the honey soap and lotion. The staff were very helpful and polite. They arranged a taxi for very early morning flight. The only negats were the small elevator, bit that is common for Europe and the use of a room key for using the lights and air. If only having 1 key this could be an issue. Again I understand the reasoning behind it. Would definitely stay again, old world charm with updated class.

Location location location, just across from the promenade Great breakfast, and very friendly breakfast personnel!! Great 5th floor room with balcony and a view. No fridge in room. We had a few hiccups At check in, but a very nice new girl really tried to make it up To us! Thank you!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to different sections where we can easily dine with varying cuisines either in cafes, bistros, street kiosks or fresh local markets. It was also a treat to cross the street and see the turquoise water along the Côte d'Azur!

We had a good stay at the hotel, the staff are very friendly. The Hotel is well situated and very clean. The vibe is good. What was disappointing, there are no fridges in room and no ice available in the hotel. So you cannot keep things in your room. The rooms that give into the court yard have a very poor view. The building are not very appealing and really disappointing view. We wanted a room with a btter view, they had one available but th diffrence in price was a lot.

A central hotel. Hotel is going through a makeover, luckily our room has been refurbished, was really nice, modern, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice too.

Good location whereby bus 12 from the airport will stop in front of the bus stop where the hotel is. Bed is comfortable. Overall, i will recommend this hotel if location is the main consideration.

I wanted to give an overall rating of one, but the area in general was okay. The worst part of the stay was the front desk customer service which was terrible and there were no amenities at all (in the room or otherwise). There was mold spread across the bathroom ceiling and when adjusting sheet, I noticed there were stains on the bed mattress. The room was full carpet and was average. AND if you pay extra for the Seaview, you’ll have to lean all the way out your window to get a view of that ocean and it’s partial at best.

The room I stayed in did not have a safe even though the website says they provide a safe in the room. The rooms are small. The area for the toilet was very poorly designed. Overall it was an okay place to stay.
