The apartment is located in the heart of quartier Fleurs. The quartier is anchored by the avenue des Fleurs. This is westward extension of the elite boulevard Victor Hugo. Avenue des Fleurs is similarly studded with Belle époque mansions and art deco palazzi, plus other ritzy residences of the noble elite of Nice.

The Fleurs area begins just after Boulevard Gambetta which is a long boulevard stretching from the Promenade up to the train station. Boulevard Gambetta itself has some gorgeous buildings on it, is well served by buses and many streets running off it have some fabulous examples of the Belle Epoque architecture within a 5 minute walk to the sea.

English and French are fluently spoken.
