'The room had an awful smell and we were told that we couldn’t switch rooms and that all of the people that clean were gone and we were giving spray to try to get rid of the smell and absolutely nothing worked so we were stuck with the smell all night. We also asked for an extra towel and was told that they didn’t have any because no one washed them.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...
