'Mini, the manager, is outstanding. She is everywhere making sure the property is perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a decent size. The breakfast was hot and delish. We had parking and the lot was well lit. The staff were so kind and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay, we will put this on our list. BTW, we booked this on site due to an urgency, the original hotel FairBridge was HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE!'

'For Niagara Falls, this hotel was in a safe location. It was close to restaurants and shopping necessities. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neatly kept. I believe some rooms were recently updated. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. You could make waffles and toast. There were bagels, cereal and some sweet roll things.'

'The absolute experience was horrible booked for 6 days. On day 2 I found that the room was infested with bed bugs. The manager was beyond rude. Refused to give me a refund considering I spent almost $1000. I would never come here again'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...
