'We had a wonderful experience staying at NJIA Panda tented lodge. The property is only about two years old, so everything in in great condition. We were the only guests one of the two nights and received exceptional service. The meals were great with serving sizes so large we were never able to finish. We initially had issues getting hot water and the staff immediately had a team out and got it fixed in no time at all. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.'

'Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. 'Supremely clean, extremely well- appointed rooms/tents, the food was superb and the staff beyond friendy and professional! Specifically wanted to mention nBaraka who helped us with rental car issues and advocated for us constantly. Also he was instrumental in helping us get our permits for Ngorongoro Crater and Olduvai Gorge.
