'The best part of the location is that the entire property is in it's natural state. The retreat blends in with the surrounding landscape. Why anyone would cut down the trees, fill in the swamp land to build a seawall, then build a giant house and have a yard to mow is beyond me. Kudos to the owner for respecting what makes the place a beautiful place to stay.'

'We enjoyed a memorable experience! The host Debbie was incredible in terms of attentiveness, flexibility and overall hospitality! As tournament anglers, we arrived at the property to find a pole barn style parking location for all 4 of our boats with power and water. 'Amazing stay. This is the perfect spot for peace and fishing. Had an amazing stay. Host stay on site very convenient if anything is needed. The only thing if I could change is it’s a bit dated with decor etc.. but if you’re looking for a place to fish and take a break from city life. This is it!'

'Highly recommend for a family stay. We had a wonderful time. The screened in porch is perfect for evenings and nature watching. Only a few steps to the beach and we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and reconnect with family, this is it. We fished and drove into St George. 'We absolutely loved our stay here. The entire family was able to spread out and get comfortable (you could get lost in the couch). The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and almost luxurious. Additionally there was a nice little welcome basket when we arrived. Would have loved to have used the fit put out back but wasn’t there long enough. Unfortunately, my daughter just graduated and I won’t be coming back to Tallahassee. If I did, I would stay here when with my family or a large group.'
