'Great place to stay. Very good room for a single person. Only minus was that the private bathroom was not ensuite, but across the room. (Neighboring 2 other rooms). '

'70s charm = hasn't been decorated since then. Shared loos, showers and kitchen facilities. But it was cheap.'

'Lovely room, very spacious and cosy'

'Lovely stay at The Falcon. Breakfast was superb and staff were exceptional. Super friendly and personal. The room was functional and clean - everything was just great. Highly recommend it!'

'We enjoyed our stay , the room was nice clean and basic location brilliant onsite site parking, breakfast very nice one down fall we had a low floor room road side very noisy and other guests were very noise passing our room'

'Enjoyed a quiet night above the pub. Food available in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff at check in and out. Plentiful parking available. Good location in South Wales.'

'It is a unique property a hotel with no reception area. But the rooms were clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. Text messages were responded to timely. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We actually extended our stay.'

'We chose this hotel because we were planning to attend an event at a nearby beach. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. However, staying at this hotel turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. It was such a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff were incredibly friendly, almost as if we had known them for years, but never in an intrusive way. They had just the right balance of warmth and friendliness that made us feel completely...

'Great place to stay with excellent food.'

'We received a warm welcome from the host, with drinks served in the garden on arrival. Our room was very comfortable and well presented to a high standard. Breakfast on both days had a wide choice and was delicious with friendly service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this country house hotel to anyone staying in this lovely part of Wales.'

'Everything was spot-on had a brilliant time thank you so much once again'

'I stayed 4 nights to go to the Welsh National Eisteddfod. The room was comfortable and the breakfsst good. They provided vegan sausages and oat milk with no problem. On site parking was free. Staff were very pleasant. There was no other meal service than breakfast and only a limited bar service (which I didn’t use) but there is a pub very nearby that serves meals and also a few other eating places.'

'A very well maintained place and Jayne is lovely'

'Sherri & Rob waren sehr nette, hilfsbereite und lustige Gastgeber. Wer eine ruhige und etwas abgelegene Unterkunft sucht ist hier richtig. Wir haben es genossen. Die Lage für Sternfahrten in Südwales ist gut.'

'The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend'
