There are 2 bathrooms in the property. Equipped with a bath with an overhead shower combination, toilet, and sink. Bathroom 2 is equipped with a separate toilet, and a sink.

Guest Access:

We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.



The keys should be collected from the lockbox with the code provided in the morning of your arrival.

Metro: The nearest Metro station is South Shields, located within the South Shields Interchange. It's the eastern terminus of the Yellow Line, offering frequent services to Newcastle and other destinations .



Bus: Several bus lines serve the area, including routes 10, 11, 27, 3, 50, and E6. The nearest bus stop to 101 Beach Road is Beach Road-Woodbine Street, approximately a 3-minute walk away .



Ferry: The Shields Ferry operates across the River Tyne between South Shields and North Shields. The South Shields Ferry Terminal is about an 11-minute walk from 101 Beach Road .

Stays of 14–30 nights

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a weekly mid-stay clean and linen changeover is required. An additional cleaning fee applies.



Stays of 30+ nights

For extended stays of 30 nights or more, a mid-stay clean and fresh linen changeover every two weeks is included at no additional cost.
