The space
The home features spacious living areas, designer furnishings, and a large deck overlooking the tranquil reserve, providing an ideal setting to unwind.

The property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms: a ground-floor king master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite featuring a luxurious bath, and a second ground-floor bedroom with four single beds (bunk bed and two singles), also with a walk-in robe and ensuite.
Upstairs, you’ll find three queen bedrooms, all with walk-in robes, a large rumpus room, and a generous deck to soak in the views. This level also includes a spacious laundry and bathroom with bath.

The downstairs open-plan kitchen and meals area flow effortlessly to the outdoor living space, offering the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor beachside living.

🔸 Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including balconies.
🔸 Pets allowed only at approved pet-friendly homes and may be restricted to outdoor areas.
🔸 Noise monitors and external security cameras may be in place for compliance.
🔸 ID and partial credit card details may be requested for verification.

🔸 A refundable bond may be pre-authorised outside Airbnb via a secure system.
🔸 Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra guests are charged per night; reductions are non-refundable.
🔸 Children under 2 stay free.
🔸 A starter pack is provided, but guests must bring their own supplies for the remainder of the stay.
🔸 Linen is provided – please bring your own beach or pool towels.
🔸 Toiletries are limited to reduce waste. Bringing your own is encouraged.
🔸 Guests must leave the home tidy and follow check-out procedures.
🔸 Late check-outs, lockouts, or lost keys/remotes may incur additional fees.
