Early check-in and late check-out are available by request and subject to availability. A $50 fee applies to approved early or late check-out.
🧹 Before check-out: wash dishes, empty fridge, rubbish to outdoor bins and return furniture to its original position.

👥 Only same number of guests booked are permitted to stay.
🐾 Pets and approved extra guests: $25 per night each.
🔇 Keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. Noise complaints or disturbances will result in removal and cancel booking without a refund.
💡 Turn off all appliances, A/C & heating when no one home. Only fridge stays on
🗑️ Tuesday stays: please take bins to the street for council collection.
