« Being a new hotel, it was exceptional… love the modern amities—no closets, but hooks & pegs..bed was very comfortable as were the pillows (and no problem getting more) the staff was amazing & very east check in & out. Breakfast was a few steps above an average hotel’s. Eating area continually being cleaned & filled. The only thing I would suggest is putting an arrow on the front door, directing you to check-in area. (The side door) »

« Where this place comes up a little short on amenities and updated rooms, it makes up for in location! Right on the beach at the top of the boardwalk, walking distance to several decent dining and nightlife options. Easy parking, friendly staff, and free breakfast was fine for the price! »

« Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. « This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive. »

« We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. « The room had a sofa and desk seating area when you walked in the room. The bathroom was next and then the bedroom. The bedroom had the a/c unit. In order to cool off the sofa area the a/c had to be set below 70. Then you got a freezing bedroom and a much warmer sofa area. The sofa was very hard. We looked at the pullout mattress, but it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The actual bed was fine and the walk-in shower was great. »
