The Space:
2 Comfortable Bedrooms: Each room is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring plush beds, soft linens, and ample storage.
En-suites: Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other a bath with shower. The lodge also has an additional WC.
Open-Concept Living Area: Spacious and inviting, with a cosy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame the serene lake view.
Kitchen: Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, our kitchen has everything you need.

Phoenix Lodge is set within over 40 acres of private grassland and over looks a 14 acre well stocked fishing lake. Guest can enjoy unspoilt, panoramic views of countryside, water and farmland in a peaceful, private and tranquil setting. The sunrises over the lake and sets over our woodland for a truly breathtaking experience.

A 5 minute walk along our farm track leads to Hawton Waters Woodland where guests can explore over 170 acres of private woodland and walks along the River Devon which runs through our farm.

On site guests are able to hire paddle boards, bicycles, fish or open swim the lake or simply spend hours of walking in quiet secluded countryside.

Although remote, lodge has good Wi-Fi and mobile phone signal.
