Fijn hotel, goede kamer met goede bedden. Prima locatie. Verwarming via airco was niet ideaal. Was gehorig en kwam veel koude lucht de kamer binnen. Extra dekens gevraagd, daarmee probleem opgelost.

Staff was not always helpfull. Complaint about stains in bed sheets and pillow. They said they would solve it but they just tried to wipe the stains, while changing was our request. After 6 nights asked to change the sheets. I think this should be done automatically. 1 elevator is not working properly with our access key. They could not fix it, only recommended to use the other lift (only 2 lifts available). Price wise it was one of the more affordable hotels, so that conpensates for the lower quality of service.

Goed, kamer en badkamer zijn schoon. Niet goed, de kamer is zeer gehorig. De liftschacht zit tegen de kamer aan en geeft veel overlast. Niet goed, het is lang wachten op de liften.

My friend got injured by sharp bed in this hotel room. Besides, we was told to wait for room till 4pm just because we didn’t book directly by Hilton.However,they said we can check in at 3pm in the morning.l chose Hilton all the time but this time was very disappointing.

Hôtel bien placé à l'angle de la 3e Avenue et de la 52e Rue. Facilement accessible pour les transports en commun. L'hôtel est propre mais vieillissant. Le ménage est fait tout les deux jours. J'ai dû demander du remplir le produit douche, le papier toilette et les mouchoirs une autre fois...ce n'est pas très pro et ça donne une impression de radinerie ! Sinon, il y avait tous les matins du café à disposition et le personnel est sympa et toujours disposer à aider ;) Je recommande tout de même pour sa propreté et son emplacement.

Room was clean and comfortable. (Paid) breakfast was quite good. Restaurant room had a sticky floor, wobbly tables, etc. (Just not really up to Hilton standards, although server was great.) Gym room was clean but had virtually nothing in the way of work out equipment etc. So, good room but common areas could use work. Street outside was dirty, etc, But that is the state of NYC recently, unfortunately.

For a city trip a very good hotel. I will recomment it to all my ftiends. The beds were very good, but we did not understand getting every day a new piece of soap. This is not necessary.

Not a bad stay, the receptionist that checked us in was pleasant and very helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name (we checked in at 10pm -20th April). Place was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to many places.

The toilet flush didn't work properly and the cold water flow was very low in the sink. The bathtub tap was worn out and to engage the shower was trciky. The place was clean and tidy but the bathroom experience overpowered the stay experience.
