Prima hotel, perfecte ligging en prima service. Enige min punt is dat er te weinig zitplaatsen zijn tijdens ontbijt en als je om 9 uur gaat er bijna niks meer aangevuld wordt

Heel tevreden over het hotel. Kamer, schoonmaak prima! Nadeel: ontbijtruimte is onoverzichtelijk en te klein. Lastig om een plek te vinden om zittend te kunnen ontbijten.

Alles was prima. Maar bedenk wel dat je 25 dollar per nacht betaald. Dit staat in kleine letters geschreven. Ze melden het het niet bij het inchecken. Wel dat je 25 dollar resort credit krijgt. Beetje misleidend.

Highly recommended!! Location 10/10 Service, hotel facilities are all very convenient and easy to access. I would really recommend, and specifically for the people who are visiting first time to new york city.

I forgot three t shirts in the room's closet. I called the hotel ans they gave me a website to report the lost items. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. I have calles the hotel in several times and no one solves anything.

The hotel was good. However, the bed should be lower to transfer from a wheelchair in accessibility rooms, the shower bench was not cleaned, and pillows were not good.

We liked being near Time Square without the noise. We enjoyed the FREE breakfast every morning and found the staff to be incredibly welcoming. Overall, a very nice stay. We would definitely book there again.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May, 2024. The hotel is situated just 5-10 minutes walk from the Times Square, and has everything one can wish for within a walking distance. Rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. The hotel staff is friendly and is there to help. The only two things that prevent me from giving this property 5 stars are: 1. Elevators are not adequate for the size of the property. There are 3 elevators and they often do not handle the guest traffic very well. There were often big lineups of people waiting to use the elevator. At one point we waited for 30 minutes. 2. The buffet breakfast area is not big enough - the earlier you take your breakfast - the better, but still it may be hard to find a table and the pathways are very crowded with people moving in opposite directions as different kinds of food are located on opposite sides of the breakfast area. Despite that we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the same hotel again.

Close to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Love the amenities, breakfast and nightly receptions. We definitely will stay here again.

Loved the property location and well-appointed clean room. Check-in/check-out was quick and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the free breakfast was nothing to rave about and the drinks in the Heist lounge are weak and expensive.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, being served the same thing every day and the breakfast area way too small for the hotel capacity. Nice room and staff, elevators again not coping with the amount of guests but overall nice hotel

L'hébergement est moyen, les chambres sont petites, il n'y a pas de rangement. Il n'y a pas assez d'ascenseurs. Et le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le choix n'est pas terrible. il manque fréquemment des aliments. La salle de petit déjeuner n'ouvre jamais à l'heure ce qui fait que de nombreuses personnes sont entassées et attendent dans le couloir. Pas de possibilité d'avoir du chocolat chaud, etc.

コンサートとミュージカルとロングアイランドのミュージアム目的で一人で宿泊しました。ブロードウェイにもMSGにも程よい距離で、夜遅くになっても人通りも多く安全と感じました。 ラガーディア空港にもJFKにもPenn StationからLIRRで簡単にアクセスできるため、渋滞もなく便利でした。 部屋には湯船がなかったことが残念ですが、部屋に戻るたびに洗濯したてのシーツのような香りがして気持ちよかったです。 30ドル分のリゾートフィーが含まれていたので毎日ラウンジで夕食を取ることができ、外食せずに済みました。貴乃花似のお兄さんもフレンドリーで一人でも問題なかったです、ただ席数が少ないので早い時間に行ったほうが良いかも。朝食は品数は少ないですが、オーダー式のオムレツとマフィンが美味しかったです。 またニューヨークに行く機会があれば必ず泊まりたいと思いました。

Staff was very friendly, easy check in process. Breakfast was included. They also had happy hour from 5 to 6, which was nice. Very walkable to Times Square fifth Avenue and so much more! Would highly recommend staying here!

Ficamos hospedados em abril de 2024 e tivemos uma estadia positiva. Guardaram nossas malas no checkout e ainda ficamos no saguão do hotel por umas 4h até o horário do transfer onde tivemos a opção de aguardar num local confortável com acesso à internet . Na chegada ainda foram cordiais e liberaram o quarto com antecedência do horário do check in

I liked the happy hour everyday since they provided some small snacks and drinks for us to relax and chat with family. I also liked that the provided $30 every night for us to order food. The food was actually pretty good! However, it wasn’t communicated when we booked the hotel on Expedia and I wish we were told about it ahead of time. I also liked the breakfast but finding a seat in the morning was a pain. The shower in the room we stayed in had a weaker water pressure and the water was not going in on the first day. We reported this to the maintenance and they fixed it when we’re back. Appreciate it!
