« Chambre non conforme au photo. Odeur forte de cuisine. Appartement de manière général rafistoler. Nos avons malheureusement pris la décision de partir à peine arriver et de ne pas dormir dans l’établissement. A l’accueil nous avons demandé pourquoi ce n’était pas comme sur les photos et la réponse que nous avons eu était que c’était bien la chambre mais pas rénover. Nous avons payer dans le de une chambre non utiliser. »

« Be careful with this property, totally inaccurate listing . The room is super tiny while the listing stated 310sqft for the deluxe plus. We were so upset and came to talk to the manager (Carmen) she's do stubborn and keep saying for sure the room is 310sqft as listed. Later on she said she would move us to another room. We waited and nothing happened. We talked to her again and she said to give her 20 mins to figure this out and again no response. Called her again and she's back to square one...

« His response time was not good. Also, may dishes and cups are not clean. I understand it is a boathouse but it was very diffcult to take even showers and the shower drains were pretty bad too. »
