In our spacious open floor plan, you will awaken to the sounds the ocean, birds, and nature every day and can enjoy the amazing food, shops and entertainment of Flagler Avenue in the evening. With 24 feet of solid floor to ceiling glass sliders, you will witness a spectacular sunrise in the morning, and a brilliant moon rise in the evening, all an integral part of your vacation open floor plan. Throughout the day, you can enjoy your balcony and see all the vibrant action on New Smyrna Beach, including surfers tackling waves, kite surfers, dolphins and more. You may find you never want to leave your condo! Well, that is unless you want to go downstairs to take a swim in your heated oceanfront, 45’ lap pool, or play tennis in your own back yard, or walk or swim in the beach, or stroll 3 blocks to Flagler Avenue! Once you arrive at the Surf Shack you can park your car in the covered garage, and never get in it again!

Your 2 bedrooms and 2-bathroom large condo has a fresh, upbeat modern surfing vibe, beach color tones and a luxury ambiance. It is perfectly suited for casual distinguished taste. You will enjoy the 1,500 square feet space and how everyone can spread out and be comfortable. The open floor plan has the top 65” flat Hi-Def Panasonic Viera TV with a stunning picture, with full cable and blue ray, surrounded by shabby chic furnishings. It’s great to watch TV from any where in the open floor plan. The condo has its own private router. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and wood cabinetry, Frigidare appliances, including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, water filters, garbage disposal, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, crockpot, microwave, tea pot, and all the cooking utensils needed for the gourmet chef. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be your beach home away from home. We even have a side bar for housing wine and cocktail items. The large master bedroom has large on-suite and has a super comfortable King size bed with a gel foam mattress topper. The master opens up to ocean views and adjustable ocean sounds. The room has bright paintings and bedding. The guest room has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with cable. You will enjoy some of the featured appointments, such as an imported MauiBuilt surf board from Maui in the dining room and Tiki room architectural features. If you need more beds, for overnight guests, you have a single cot and a double blow up bed (with an electric pump), not to mention the comfy couches. To make sure all your needs are met, inside your deep single car garage are lots of beach toys so you can set up camp on the beach and make it a big day. You have in there 2 large 10' square canopies for parties of up to 16 people, boogie boards, Kadima paddles, beach chairs and more. The laundry room is equipped with a brand new pair of metallic Kenmore Elite washer dryers and all the starter supplies you need. You have all the necessary amenities, such as: A/C, heating, hangers, hair dryer, plus extra bedding for guests.

The Surf Shack is tucked in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. If you walk 3 neighborhood blocks West you can find a pier to catch fish for dinner and a beautiful sunset. If you walk 3 blocks north, you will pass a small oceanfront park with palms and then land on Flagler Ave. If you walk a few feet East, you will pass by our pool and be on the Atlantic Ocean and New Smyrna Beach. If you walk a few miles South, you will land at the Smyrna Dunes Park, a beautiful preserve along the New Smyrna Beach Pass. There are so many things to see and do in your short radius, you will enjoy any direction you select, North, South, East or West!

By land, you can get around to most places by walking, although a bicycle is always fun! If you don't want to use your car, UBER is always convenient and inexpensive. By sea, you can call the Boat Store and see what boats or kayaks they have available. By air, there is the Sanford and Orlando airport. Or, if you are more adventurous, in Deland you can get around skydiving!
