Perfect location and great price! The only shock we had was how much it costs to park in the parking deck. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

I loved the staff everyone was so nice and helpful. They really make yo trip better. Because they know where to go and where you should be as tourists. The hotel is little old and out dated. But the staff was Great GREAT!!!

They over charged my bill, I tried to call the hotel number 504 598 9977 but they didn’t answer the phone. They picked up 2 times and put me on hold for hours and never get back to me. I tried many calls for days and still couldn’t talked to the hotel customers service. Very bad service . The hotel very lousy The room smells bad, everything looks old. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Thank you for your review, it looks like the additional charge was for smoking in the room. We are a 100% non smoking hotel.

The toilet was so low. Hard to get in and out of shower. Only one shower head worked. The breakfast was a half hour late. Only hard-boiled eggs and sausage. Waffles, bagels, and cereal. Charged $29.05 at the end of the stay without telling us. Tried to call and waited for 10 minutes the first time. Called a few times after that and would not answer. The nest time was a 20 minute wait.

My experience at this hotel was the absolute worse in all my years of travel. The bed linen was dirty but was disguised and upon discovering the dirty and filthy linen and speaking to a front desk clerk who contacted housekeeping manager to speak with me upon my request. Who later turned out to be the front desk manager, gave me an attitude and no remorse or an apology but instead I got sarcasm when I decided to check out before my stay was over. I would NEVER go back there even if they tore it down and rebuild it.

Service und Ausstattung schlecht. Kein Zimmerservice, Volle Mülleimer , keine frischen Handtücher nach 3 Tagen, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig. Abwasser kommt aus Waschbecken! X 2 Zimmer !!! Nicht zu empfehlen.

We encourage all of our guest to ensure their doors are closed so someone wont walk into the room like the gentlemen did to you with not having the door closed. Our guest safety is the most important thing to us and we strive to provide that.

Me and my family drove 9 hours and paid for valet parking. It was time for the event and we requested our vehicle at 7pm and an hour later after missing the event the staff let us know that they had our vehicle at another hotel. My sister was being celebrated for her graduating. I had to uber my other family members.There was no apology. I spoke with the manager the next day and he asked me to write me information down and still has yet to call me. He didnt seem concerned at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was everything, the Breakfast was good. What I didnt like was that the toilet seat was too low, Other than that, it's a excellent hotel. I will return again!!

It was near to Bourbon Street and also to the Riverwalk. Outside the Hotel it is a little bit run down. The rooms are quite clean and the beds are comfortable. The service was always frindly. You get an 10$ Kredit for the bar. The Parking is quite near, but it costs 30$ on top per night. There was an mistake with our bill and we wait for our money since May 1st.

Most anywhere in NOLA you are close to great food. Side streets are always a bit shady, but I never felt unsafe.

The staff was amazing. The area is just, you’ll know when you get there. It’s the same all over that city. Our stay was very quick but quiet. The parking garage is something else, try to self park at least once so you get what I’m saying.

Overall stay was good. Staff was nice and helpful day fo checkin. However, the after has not gone so great. I left my shaving bag in the room and didn't realize it until I got home. I have called twice and so far have not gotten any help in finding out iff the bag has been found or if they can send it to me. After service has been lacking.

Staff charged our stay double on each a room besides they charged additional $400.00 because they said the electronic smoke detector registered smoke when never in my live have smoke. That was more than an insult. They did not refund me $400.00 even we can proof that we do not smoke. They even admited that room did not smell smoke Unbeleveable dishonest change and insult.

There was a leak in the shower faucet that ran out under the tub and under the bathroom floor and carpet. Very likely there is mold under the carpet as this leak has been going on for some time. The floor, drywall and baseboard were all swollen. We pointed this out to the maintenance staff but it was never fixed. The toilet was so small and low that I could not sit it on it. I had to use the public toilet in the lobby when I needed to go. Also there wasn't a lounge type chair in the room nor was there a hair dryer. There was only two coffee filters and one small tube of shampoo for our 4 night stay. We asked for both of these items and it took two days to get them. The staff was courteous, but resolution of issues was slow or non-existent.

The desk clerk was not helpful at all when I called asking for directions even after telling her that my map was inaccurate. A lady’s room was broken into, her clothes were scattered, her medication was stolen and the desk clerk was rude to her and told her there was nothing she could do about it and to just call the police. I did not feel safe at all being there.

Hotel itself is fine, the staff is fine. However I was double charged and getting a refund on one purchase seems to be looking very grim. The customer service for Wyndham/La Quinta pretty much laughs at you.

Dumpy - if all you’re looking for is a clean bed, then maybe this place is for you. However, the room was somewhat clean, the bathroom outlet didn’t work, there were broken hangers, and we had to ask six times for a hair dryer.

Smoking fee's when we did not smoke in the hotel. "Destination" and other bs fee's. Valet parking that did nearly 2k in damages to a new truck. They also took an hour or more to retrieve a vehicle one block away. Beware LaQuinta/ Windsor Hotels

Thank you for your review, we charged you a smoking fee because you smoked in the room, i will gladly send you a copy of the report showing you smoked and how long if you would like it. Also you never reported any damage of your vehicle to us or the parking company as i have spoken with them. If in fact your truck was damaged please send us the photos and we will file the claim for you as they have insurance for any incident caused by valet.

At check out laQuinta texted me for checkout. It asked if we wanted a late check out. We chose 3 since our flight was later in the day. I never recieved comformation of the extension. We i called down to the desk they asked me to bring the message woth me. When i got down to the desk, they stated they did not honor the Laquinta App and said we had to be our by 12. This was 1048 after talking at the desk. I ran back up stairs and told my Mom we need to get in tge shower and pack, we only have 130 hours left before we have to leave or tgey will charge us for a full day. This is the same app i booked tge room through.
