« Excellent host. Place was decent. It is not a new property and it shows it's wear. Nothing has been updated in many, many years. Also- the counters, sinks and toilets seem like they are built for an elementary school. They are all noticeably lower than normal.The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Check in was very easy. Plenty of parking. I think it was originally a hotel. Can't comment on any of the amenities, as we had a busy weekend and didn't use any of them. »

« The proximity to downtown Portsmouth was fantastic. We loved the view of the North Mill Pond – and watching its activity change from high to low tide! »

« Liked that the kitchen, dining and living room was all open and made it spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need. Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space. Vinyl plank flooring throughout which is nicer than carpet for allergies and in case of spills. Parking was easy. There was a nice deck with furniture to sit and you could see the ocean from the deck. Easy to get to places from...

« I didn’t receive the initial check in email with door code but once I reached out (around 9pm) they were very helpful and sent me the information. The little house was perfect. Great location to visit friends in Keene and enjoyed the public beach on the lake. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone and the area was very quiet. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area! »
