'I usually don't write reviews, but I'm doing this one to highlight really excellent service. Staff behind the counter, as well as at the breakfast bar was *exceptional*. The breakfast bar was*spotless*, and the gentleman there worked non-stop to help the guests. The staff throughout this facility was kind and super courteous. Nice to see these days!!!'

'We had a last-minute overnight stay in this area and were pleasantly surprised. The was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. There was even a hot pot restaurant attached, which was a huge plus and we received a discount with our stay. The property also had a washer and dryer, which was super convenience and Walmart was on the opposite side of the road. 'De locatie ligt iets buiten het centrum ( 5 min met de auto). Goed voor n stopper. Jammer dat er geen stoelen op het terras of aan de rivier stonden. Aanrader is het restaurant Lucia in het centrum.'

'Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.'

'We were very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean. The age of the property obviously was a bit older, but everything had been updated and very attractive and clean. The Office personnel was was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!!!'

'The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off'

'The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The pool looked very inviting, however it was too cool out and or raining. Hopefully next time… there will definitely be a next time!'

'It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.'

'They accommodated an early check in for us after our red eye flight. The rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries. There was a water shut off while we were there and a broken faucet handle required us to change rooms during our stay. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. It’s a great centrally located hotel near freeways and shopping in Danbury'

'This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here.'
